The Dahua ARD821-W2 is a compact wireless panic button designed to provide instant emergency alerts within Dahua wireless alarm systems. This panic button uses two-way RF communication, ensuring reliable signal transmission between the device and the alarm hub. Once pressed, it instantly sends an alarm signal and also receives confirmation feedback from the hub, giving users assurance that the alert has been delivered successfully.

The ARD821-W2 features multi-colour LED indicators that display pairing status, signal transmission, and battery condition, making it easy to monitor device operation at a glance. It also includes accidental-press protection, helping to reduce false alarms while still allowing quick activation during emergencies.

Designed for long-term use, the device runs on a CR2032 battery with a lifespan of up to several years depending on usage. It supports cloud firmware updates with automatic recovery in case of update failure, ensuring the device stays secure and up to date.
